为什么辅导书上写两句意思都是：不是所有答案都对，第二句不应该是所有答案都不对吗？

两句都是同一个意思. not 同all, both 连用时,无论not 放前或后, 都表示部分否定."并非所有都...". "并非两者都"
如: They are not both teachers . 他们俩人并不都是教师.
表示完全否定要用: neither(两者都不), none(三者或三者以上都不), 作主语时,谓动用单,复数都可.
如: None of the answers are/ is right . Neither of them is a teacher .
