那句话大概意思就是：“已经很富有的人，天父会给的更多，而不是很富有的人，天父不仅会少给，还会把那个人呢原来有的都拿走。”

【太13:12】 凡有的，还要加给他，叫他有余。凡没有的，连他所有的，也要夺去。
(国际标准本)Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.
（英文钦定本）For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
这里所说的多的要加给多的，少的也要拿走。也就是经济学里说的“马太效应”
